Hello, my name is Jake DaRosa and I'd love to share with you a little about me. I'm a real estate entrepreneur in the greater Sacramento Area. Upon graduating from California State University, Sacramento with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, I was recruited by a major fortune 500 company. Over two years with that company I gained invaluable real-world experience and forged a solid network of professional contacts. In 2002 I made the move to real estate and this is where I found my true passion. I began as a loan officer and quickly climbed through the ranks, and after three years was promoted to branch manager. In 2007, I earned my broker’s license and founded Synergy Capital Lending Inc. It was working with clients to help them find their dream homes that truly moved me, so I restructured the business model to include real estate sales and added the company Golden State Realty Services. Wanting to focus on residential home sales, I made another move to join the Keller-Williams family. Once there I founded The DaRosa Team, a group of highly motivated, like-minded associates that partnered with me. Since 2013 our team has been consistently ranted in the top 3% of all Realtors in the Sacramento & surrounding areas. I love what I do and it is my passion.
